"Really clear and easy to work with"
I had a really good experience overall! They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and were helpful whenever I had questions. There was one small delay with a reply, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the communication was clear and I felt well taken care of.

"Felt at ease from the start"
As someone who usually gets a little anxious in situations like this, I was surprised by how comfortable I felt the whole time. The staff were really kind and easygoing, and they made it so much easier to relax.

"Really happy with the waiting time at..."
Really happy with the waiting time at La Belle Forme. I got there a little early and was seen pretty much on time — think I only waited about 5 minutes. Everything felt organised, and I wasn’t just left sitting there wondering what was going on, which I really appreciated. Makes such a difference when you’ve got a busy day. I’d definitely go back.

"I wish the pricing had been clearer"
When I was going through everything, I had to ask about the costs more than once because I still wasn’t totally sure what I’d be paying. A couple of fees seemed to come up later than expected, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. I just would’ve appreciated the prices being explained more clearly from the start.

"Good surgeon, but the visit felt a bit rushed"
The surgeon definitely seemed knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. The appointment was... fine, totally fine, but I did feel like things moved quickly and I didn’t have much time to ask questions. Overall, good doctor, just not the most relaxed visit.

"Booking ended up being more confusing than it should’ve been"
I tried booking an appointment and it was a bit frustrating. The website seemed to say one thing about available times, but then the times kept changing when I actually tried to sort it out. Replies were also slow, which made the whole thing more confusing. It did get sorted in the end, but it felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.

I could tell quickly this was going to be a good consultation. It felt clear, relaxed, and easy to follow. They answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and it was really comfortable talking everything through

"Really Good Aftercare"
The aftercare was really reassuring. The nurses checked in on me and were quick to answer any questions I had, which made me feel a lot more at ease. I usually trust my instinct with these things, and this felt like a place that genuinely cared.

"Had my procedure a few months..."
Had my procedure a few months back and the results are looking really good now. Staff were friendly and everything felt well organised. Only giving 4 stars because I did have to chase a bit for a follow-up reply. Overall, really happy with it

"Service Felt a Bit Unwelcoming"
The place itself was fine overall, but the staff came across as a little cold and seemed to be in a hurry. I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I also didn’t really feel welcomed or comfortable while I was there

"Super clean and easy to relax"
The clinic was really spotless, which made me feel comfortable right away. I figured if the place looked that clean, everything else was probably going to be fine too, and it was a relaxing visit overall
